Maybe if I was teaching there in Tuskegee but I don’t really like the small towns, I like anonymity and to smoke weed on occasion without folks all up in the business. Smallest I would go is Tuscaloosa. I need to live by or have close access to an interstate, I hate the local county cops who just set up and ticket all day. The prettiest in the state is around Clarke County Alabama. Deep in the black belt and you can go days without seeing a white person if you wanted

I’ve been to Tuskegee once, and all I remember is Fields of I think corn, and a bunch of nothing. My homegirl went to school there, and said they used to go to Auburn or Montgomery for anything fun or to shop.

@Stunt2 yea, the Gump is pretty much a pit stop city, but that drive on 65 from the gump to Mobile is terrible. 2.5 hrs of nothing until you get to mobile.

Got some goat memories from that mall when I use to drive there from goula or Moss Point, MS.

Mobile Mardi Gras do be lit. I remember that whole coast area used to get 2/3 days off of school to celebrate

I’ve never been to the Deep South or southern cities enough to experience them for myself - I can’t rate these threads fairly b.. but salute for the series though. Wish I could participate more but I’m not trying to be biased on cities that I don’t know much about since people get so offended.

Cacs be bold in the south. Its a culture schock if u from Cali and go there.

The food was on point tho.

breh I can get a nice ass house for around a grand/1200 a month that will have a yard, driveway, and at least 3 rooms
