At least do the Dover the Capital of Delaware.

City is a 5 because you close to Philly and can get to NY in 3 hours.

Anyone on here from Delaware, or lived there before? How is it?

Looks pretty walkable from the pictures :ehh:

I worked in the area and often travel there

The riverfront is walkable bro.....about a 2 or 3 mile stretch

That's it

The hood is still like 5 minutes from there

Terrible city and very few restaurants and bars

Best thing is I-95 is so close to get away from there

1/10.

Only good thing is the waterfront area restaurants.....and that's a stretch. Lol.

The best part about northern Delaware is how easy it is to get to Philadelphia, New York, Baltimore, and other states.
Agree, except drop Baltimore from that list

I’ve never lived there, but I’ve spent a lot of time there and know some folks that stay there.
Mostly transplants from Philly and Jersey.
Rent is pretty low in the far north, like Claymont area.
Wilmington waterfront area is walkable. The west side is dangerous as fukk, don’t go there.

No sales tax, a lot of people go shopping there.

some decent beaches
Delaware State, decent hbcu

:mjlol:

shyt is trash. Dangerous as fukk. Cesspool of scumbaggery. got a 1am curfew i think. Or wt least it was when i passed by. What saves it is the proximity to philly.

This. I can't remember the last time I was out there, prior to last year (long ass time). Went out there to buss a move, and was straight :leon::huhldup: at the amount of nggas hangin. shyt was like midday on a weekday...shiesty nggas too...:mjlol:

12 and vice everywhere. shyt was lookin like a low-budget version of The Wire. I didn't see no shyt lookin like the pics in the OP... Guess I was on the rowdy side.:manny:
I pulled up on the homie :sas2:
and asked..."What its hittin for out here? This shyt look HOT." :pachaha:

The response was along the lines of..."Oh it is. Such and such got hit up over here...Oh boy got jacked and shot, over there yesterday, yada yada...":usure:

When I went to peel out...vice jumped down on me from all over the place (mind you, I peeped em clockin me several times on the pass-by, on a block I was on). Never forget they tried to send the lone, c00n officer at me (in a platoon full of crooked lookin cacs)...:mjpls:

To be fair...I was in a loud ass hemi, wit outta state tags, puttin on tho...:hubie:

But nonetheless...city was a 3 from what I seen. Nowhere you wanna get caught half-steppin at...:camby:
