The city of Charleston is 22% black, 72% white...

The blackness is still above national average, but the lack of diversity and overbearing whiteness would be a problem to me...

I never been, but my daughters mom swears by it. Been almost everywhere else in SC besides Charleston, ironically...

I hear what you’re saying breh and I’ll accept your numbers but I did a lot of sightseeing while I was there. There’s a very noticeable lack of us in the city. Had to cross it off my list of places to retire.

Been to a few times have family not too far from there, Charleston has a sizable Black population in the city areas. It's a beautiful city and has a nice laid back vibe, it seems though the Black population has dropped some in recent years.
