Rate This City: Day 28 - Paris

paris is a 1 hour flight from london and you can get a plane ticket for as low as 30 bucks sometimes if you book far in advance so might as well combine when you go.

That's what's up. I wanna go to Disney in Paris and the tourist areas so a few days in each city would be decent enough. My parents did London, Paris, and I think Madrid or Barcelona a few years back on a trip. Need to put my passport to use but gotta get some domestic travel out the way first. Hopefully 2021 make some international moves.

Anniversary. A little overrated. The city is beautiful but you will probably enjoy the country side morem.

it is but i'd say all european cities all except london although in areas like kensington plus spartacus my fav show , just liked seeing the history

Vienna is meh to me, never seen so much white people in my life heil furher

nah never been to spain yet
but i might be going back to europe for the 4th time this year in december so we shall see

I have been and it's by far the most overrated city in the world. capital of romance

The locals have poor hygiene (I kid you not several of the locals I spoke to said they do not use any anti perspirant/deodorant as it's full of chemicals and just let's all that armpit sweat marinate)

Too fukking expensive: from food,to clothes, to housing, to, well basically everything.

Non existent customer service: every restaurant and service centers we went to, they were rude AF.

Segregation: Call it the european milwaukee, black and arabs populate the ghetto wile cacs live in the nicer,posher areas.

The only positives about paris/france is the healthcare,wages and GOAT bakeries

Never been to Paris since my mom limited my spoilness to European trips but one thing I constantly hear from everyone who goes there is now rude French people are and how bad the customer service is.

I understand the customer service since the tipping thing doesn’t exist in Europe like that so waitresses can act like a$$holes

yea but they also have suburbs that match your description.

it’s always funny watching Aussies and French people speak on planning boards on Facebook cause they use the victim mentally when talking about burns but don’t reAlize in America it’s different.

our burbs were originally meant for better off whites which is opposite for them.

America is moving towards the European model of having better off people live in the cities and poverty out in the burbs

yep when i went i was like wow eiffel tower 2 min later yawn
even in the tourist zones you know they speak english but good luck
