Not true, oakland always had big time respect, in regards to SF I would say it a kobe in shaq era respect. Giants played the A's in the world series and got smashed, and the raiders always had a bigger and better fan base then the 49ers.

The neighborhood it happens in is Cleveland Heights, it's a majority renter neighborhood with a mix of different people, definitely been gentrified over the last decade though. There's still black people there but not like 2005 and before. The last statement is true for the majority of Oakland neighborhoods, though there are majority black neighborhoods still, but they're all mostly in the Deep East and certain subsections of the West. The majority of the rest of East/West/North Oakland hovers somewhere between 20-30%.

I wanna smack the fukk outta that Cac in the end talking shyt. He reminds me of them bytch ass Cacs in that apartment building in DC down the street from the Florida Ave Metro PCS who were complaining about the GoGo music being blasted loudly when shyt’s been like that for decades and everybody were never bothered by it and even danced to it outside the store. This is why Moechella came into existence. fukk Cacs and their precious gentrification/neocolonization, talmbout nikkas must act in a “civilized manner”, how bout your hairy pink ass move slim

Folks gettin creative, congregating and creating a space to do business at a grass roots level. Low levels of entree something square cats and dudes and chicks straight from the hood can get in on to make money and create a bussiling vibrant area of blkAm commerce and culture. Lotta foot trafficking. Basically BlkFlk creating their own space and thriving in it.

I just wanted to know if they still out there and if that area black cuz I know gentrification hit the bay hard af.

We got something kinda like that in Houston in the Power Center more for black food trucks, but other black vendors be out there too.

Yep same shyt happened with the Turkey Leg Hut here in 3rd ward houston. And they gone stay salty cuz the TLH still open and thriving more than ever.

That vendors row in Oakland look wired up!!! They was gettin it. lol This video says they cracked down on em, but folks was still showin up.



I wonder if they still be out there. They need to form a union pull they funds together and buy up some property to hold these functions at.
