Rate This City: Day 16 - Orlando Fl

One those questionable cities. Cheap but prices increasing. Love Orlando but just to visit. Going next week even. Just don't know about living there. Economy based on tourism and the rest of the city doesn't really have anything special. Only sports team is the Magic and I think some college teams. Also full of Puerto Ricans and poor white trash. Not to mention dealing with all the tourist. It's got lots of fun with the theme parks but that's all the city has to offer. If it wasn't for Walt Disney, Orlando would've never been relevant.

Let's be clear too...from the look of things...looks like he owns everything out there. Outside of that, if your not dressed up as Mickey or Goofy...got the complexion for the protection, or retired...your probably just gettin by out there...

Of course I was only out there for vacation... but aint hard to tell what its hittin for around there.

Have family in Orlando. I would prefer southern Florida over Orlando anyday of the week.

not sure if it’s still going on now but Orlando is low key a gutter city as far as crime goes and stuff like that.

Lots of Ex-NY Rican cats down there as well.

Used to live here. Was a great place for dating. I could give a girl the time of her life doing something new everytime we went out. Very expensive cost of living though. The city life isn't much to talk about most of the fun things to do where in and around the theme parks not the downtown.

Been living here since 2009 cuz i moved from miami to go to ucf. Rarely go to disney or universal (unless its HHN or to link with a bytch on that side of town). stay on the eastside by the college...its....a mix. You got alot of good areas but also alot of shyt hole areas but its a chill city. Mostly frequent dt. I guess 6-7

It's a nice little city. But, Orlando has way too many pay tolls. The clubs are straight. The strip clubs are trash except for cleos it's straight. Millenia is kind of wack. Not that many good selections inside of the high end stores or they claim they don't have the size . I went to the Florida classics it was good. I saw trick daddy, tip drill, and pinky the pornstar at this after hour strip club they set up. Saw lil baby at gilt. Last month in October I saw one of the Gonzalez twins at Millenia. South Florida and Tampa is way better than Orlando and it's not even close.
