Dover is Dover.. that’s about it. Not too much to say about it good or bad. It’s just there. But I rather be in Delaware than Pennsyltucky, that’s facts. Delaware as a state ranks higher than PA.

PA outside of Philly and Pittsburgh is pretty country asf.

Anyway, jokes aside. Turns out this town has a pretty large proportion of black people and an HBCU.



Almost seems like a town that belongs in the DMV rather than in the middle of DE somewhere.

And that’s only because of Del State (my alma mater’s main rival), close distance to both Philly and Maryland, and the seemingly low cost of living and DE having zero sales tax.
