Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
It sucks , it’s an east coast sundown town except it’s all day.
These videos will tell you everything you need to know about that hell hole. They didn’t even have any black radio stations in the god forsaken bad accent excuse for a city

Oh wow Benzino dad was from Brooklyn? Also I know he’s Cape Verdean but I’ve never seen not a single of of those people in nyc in me entire life

Boston having under a 5 and it’s lil brother Providence being rated higher is comedy

I prefer Providence to Boston, Boston overrated. I would grade it higher than a 5, though...

.............

I missed this one, lived here briefly as a kid on our journey to the East Coast, not enough time to talk about. But have visited many times, going to see family...

In the early to mid '10s networked with the Eastside Blood Stone Villains 20s, mostly the 21 BSVG set, and the South Side Pirus, mostly 28 SSP and 29 SSP. Family from both gangs...

Got family all over Little Rock, from the Southwest 65th&Baseline, to the South End (Broadway, Roosevelt, etc), to West LR (University), the East, to NLR along Broadway. Its not a big city by any stretch, both my mom and my stepdad are originally from LR, grew up in the sandbox together and grade school shyt, so I have fam all over this muhfukka, literally every corner of the city...

In a way, it's homely-feeling to me, but it ain't my type of city. I'm too coastal, there is an air of "old South" and the black neighborhoods are hella impoverished. I tell people the best way I can describe LR is, it's a cultural mix of Memphis and Dallas. Memphis is the nearest "big" city to everybody, but everybody and they mama seemingly has ties to Dallas (my kin in Dallas are all originally from LR, go figure)...

I'm trying to think of some redeeming qualities, it isn't a horrible place, just......slow. Slow paced, slow growth, but very much has a unique local culture. Never really dined out there, because I literally have so much fam there I'm always eating at somebody house. Downtown kinda ass, the River Market District can be cute but nothing earth shattering. Hella segregated...

I may not be the best person to talk on it, all my time there has been cutting up with family or running the streets. Highland Park Bloods probably the oldest B/C gang in the country that started outside California, they been there since '82, older than some Blood gangs in Los Angeles. Everything I heard it read over the years, I never heard nowhere else with the movement that early. Connected with the Brims outta Hangar Hill, too...

Women aren't great here, there are attractive women like anywhere but overall quality ain't mindblowing, lotta obese women, that's a drawback...

I give The Rock a 5, you can do worse, but mostly it's a place you can visit once and spend three days, and never have to see again. And as far as street activity goes, yes, it is as raw as people say it is...

One of my favorite cousins, we fell out in '16 over some money he owed me. I looked up to dude for years, he was the man on a small scale, definitely has a name on the Eastside for being a young money getter since he was young. He 33 now and OD'd again two weeks ago, he the only person I was ever close to who went from being a legit hustler to being a junkie...

I don't and haven't lived there so when I went to LR it was typically for maybe 5-7 day stretches, when we fell out in '16 I didnt realize he was already using. He from Little Rock BSV and it's been numbing to watch his fall, knowing who he was in his late teens and 20s...

Another cousin of mine is from SSP and got shot in the head in '07, he was 19, and has been permanently fukked since. I guess he died and they brought him back a couple times, he spent several years in different rehab centers in LR and Hot Springs, got out around '11 I think. His left arm is partially paralyzed, he has a permanent crooked smile like how the Griselda rapper from Buffalo has, and his whole left side of his body is stiff. He's had different bouts of depression over the years, suffers from lack of confidence and delusions...

Didnt have the street rep some of my other fam had but when I've met people from his area who know him, they definitely talk about a more lively individual before his shooting in '07, compared to the depressed shell of himself now...

Have a GD cousin who went down a month before I did in '06, got 30 years for some Rambo style killing. He was a respected figure out SWLR and still networks from the pen...

Have a cousin from College Station Crips, that whole College Station/Sweet Home area is blue rags but this cousin flipped his life around and is in a management role with a local car dealer chain, doing real well for himself...

Feel like I'm related to half of LR, it's so small and intimate and violent, I know most of my people there but I'm often introduced to someone else on some, "oh you such and such people" type shyt...
