It was at the resorts, they were pouring fake or pure alcohol into the guests bottles

More people should go vacation in Santo domingo rather than sosua and the resorts in punta cana. Its come a long way. Best part when I go is chillin along el malecon near where the concerts are held. Theres always festivities on the weekend and the people are real humble and cool. Theres hustlers doing too much but it's to be expected.
Also very different to see women initiating conversations and pleasantries. Women will smile and say hola and want to speak to you and it's not like other places in the country where its whoress being aggressive trying to come up. More likely to meet a regular chic that is in school or has a job.
