Providence is beautiful, i don't claim to know the city intimately cause I only been twice, but it isn't a bad looking place at all. The quality of women is a 10 here, all flavors, though it isn't the most black friendly city and I've heard it carries New England's/Boston's legacy of racism against blacks pretty well...
Never experienced it myself though, and I found the proliferation of quality food and shopping seemingly on every block in the downtown area to be great. For its weight class, it's one of the best cities in the country, I give it a 7...
Boston is cool but it has a tremendous amount of hype and when I got there it was like "oh I've seen this before". Not bad, but I'd be okay if I never went to Boston again.
