You used clips from the new one so I was confused.
The old one was good, but was incomplete so its like an 8
The new one now is hardcore as fukk with all types of fukkery (gang rapes, betrayals, dismembering, gore, etc...) That shyt is prolly a 9 or 10 off that alone. The animation form the original was better tho. The new one it seems like they saved a lot of the budget for the 2nd half of the series.

It's actually the 2nd manga I ever bought. But this was only when Dark Horse was reprinting it.
had to drop it cause life moved me away from a LCS.
marathonned the WHOLE THING over the course of a week last year.
Anime? First try sucked. 2nd try.... I couldn't watch it. Too many scene cuts and flashy frames. shyt legit gave me a headache. I legit wanna give it a 1.
But since I didn't actually watch either version all the way through, I'm not gonna vote.
