The entire terrain changes
Yeah, it's surface level changes, most of the objects are of the same....dimensions. At least for the bigger objects. There are some things near the forefront, like the icicle looking rock edges that are totally gone upon the rift change.
it's more than that. I think it's meant to be a jump back in time
at first that 'building' in the center, with the orange light, looks all fuct up. you can see that 'track' in the upper left, but there's no carts on it. the building below the track is also fuct up
he hits the crystal, and the buildings are in good shape, and the track has carts on it
