before i clicked the thread, i automatically assumed this was about a Nutria..
they get up to 4ft long, and have been migrating to NYC the last few years..
i cook for a few local restaurants, and one has these private dinner/fundraisers where chefs from all up/down the coast come cook random food for the guest.. the particular one i was working as a DJ, they had all kinds of weird shyt(pig tail, monkfish liver, etc)..
