MJ was a great defender

But Pippen was better on defense pretty much the whole three peat

Bird used to light up MJ, Magic lit up MJ so bad Pippen had to switch on him in the 91 finals

96-98 MJ lateral quickness had declined
are you talking about points? provide some context game 1 magic scored 19 and jordan 36. magic had a triple double but im just saying

Nah, Pippen used to get killed as well. Hell, every good SF regularly torched Pippen. I think Pippen was better in the open floor, and Mike was better in the half-court, so they complimented each other perfectly. Mike would be physical, so if you weren't a quick player he was gonna torment you. And for Pippen, the faster you played, the easier he could stop you. That's why they often switched on players, depending on the style. If they were quick, Pippen was gonna guard him, and if they were slow and methodical, it was MJ.

"Probably against Clyde Drexler" :mjlol:

nikka letting you know he just reaching for shyt after the first name. So really he saw JR give him some buckets and made up his mind that MJ wasnt that good of a defender and rode with it ever since. And when called on it on camera he just started throwing names out there.

Nobody is stopping an elite offensive player by themselves...especially when they get rolling.

Was just about to point that out.

How you make such a bold statement and have no evidence to back to up? Mike was lockdown in the 80s....turned it up at will even in the 90s.

There wasn't a player of his generation that carried his scoring load and still played top notch defense on a night to night basis except maybe Dream.

If he's saying this about Mike i shudder to think about what he would say about Kobe:snoop:
