The whites offense doesn’t pop on paper, the pieces don’t necessarily fit, they would have to be a run first team and I don’t even think they could do that

First off, for this to even work. All 50/50 muts are playing for the white team, period. All other races are also going to have to play for the cacs.

Im trying to play devils advocate to make it somewhat interesting. The only way it would work is the whites get mixed players/other races or you draft them. Which means they can possibly get dudes like Kyren Williams, Christian Watson, Evans, Minkah, Puka, Warner, Michael Pittman. Otherwise, like i originally said, its not competitive and you can't play without corners.

In real life, not madden, they would probably run 13 personnel all game to take advantage of the TE mismatch, which means the defense has to adjust to that. So you won’t see a bunch of corners out there unless you want CMC to rush for 250. Corners outside of Jalen Ramsey, dont usually cover TE's for a reason. It will be mostly coverage LBs and run support safeties. Still gotta deal with Fred Warner (unless the whites take him ), Roqaun, Demario etc. But it makes it manageable for them.

From a passing standpoint you can't really cover modern TE's with any one player, there is no way to contain them. Its common knowledge, they are all 6'3 - 6'6 and run 4.5s. They get off the line and run routes like WRs now.

And unless CMC gets hurt, he doesn't come off the field anyway. He's the snap percentage leader for all RBs in the league.

And they have a huge coaching advantage on offense. Reid, McVay, Shanny, McDaniels (maybe), Ben Johnson, etc is crazy. We have pretty much Bieniemy and maybe Thomas Brown? I can't think of anybody else on the offense side of the ball.

Offense wouldn't be that big of a problem for them. Defense is where it all falls apart unless they get mixed dudes.
