I had the thought that it would be an ep because lately of the elev8 ep releases. The other reason i had the question mark was because “act one” subtitled.

I never heard this remix. Jeez. I didn't know it was a beat flip of Camp Lo. He even switched the vocal melody to the original. :merchant:

Remember hearing their song "Marlee" on a Don Cannon mixtape.

Sampled this joint

Then this joint with Rashad on the hook

:salute:They never released the Truck North collab tape. :francis:Rashad reminded me of Dilla with how you had to hunt for his music because he wasn't on one label or one area. It's so scattered. I just found something I'm about to inbox everybody that I didn't even know it was circulating. It isn't on any blogs or torrents, youtube. Some of his shyt is in a "phantom zone" & you aren't able to reach it til someoone says "Oh, I have that" And it could be ten years from now or a minute from now, you never know. This visionary from Ohio is filled of surprises.:mjcry:

Rashad is one of my favorite artists right now. His music is so awesome. That new ep is pretty cool so far. Listened to 3 tracks so far.

And please share his old and unreleased stuff if you get it. Im still trying to find his shelved album from 2003

How crazy is this beat flip? Would you have been able to guess that he flipped this Roy Ayers Classic if he didn't show you the loop in the intro?

This is why Rashad is on a different level on a looooot of these cats that are getting burn. :gucci:
