RJ Payne when he was going by Reign Man won MTV's MC Battle in 2003. They held a second/last tournament the next year. A lot of people, probably the vast majority, believe Locksmith should have won the first one over Reign Man.

In any case, I'm surprised RJ Payne and Locksmith haven't done any collabs together.
