1: Ras Kass is a better rapper than Game and killed him on multiple tracks and Game didn't want no parts of it. I don't know their lives in depth like that, neither do you, all you know is the perception, happiness can come from many different factors, including personal lives, respect etc, not just finance. The type of MC Ras Kass is too he'd want that respect as a lyricist and MC which he gets, he's very respected in that regard and is respected more than Game for his skills within Hip Hop. Also don't act like Game hasn't taken multiple losses, because he has. Bottom line, when it came to music Ras dissed him and Game didn't want it on the mic, in Hip Hop, which is what it's about, it's more like likely Game at 6'4 will have the advantage of Ras physically when he's 5'7 or some shyt, that doesn't impress or excite me, all I care about is the music, and skills, Ras comes out on top there.
2: Completely untrue that Ras never meant anything, Dr Dre said he was in his top 5 favourite MC's, everyone from Kool Moe Dee to Coolio to Chino XL to Sway and so many others have given Ras his props. Infact his cyphers were so legendary that by word of mouth would travel throughout the coasts. Soul On Ice also gets respect for what he did lyrically there. Regardless though, don't give a fukk what anybody else thinks, I personally think Ras Kass is better than Game, and most people that are hardcore Hip Hop heads like that would feel that way, Game isn't even on Ras' level when it comes to skill, he makes Game sound like a toddler in comparison. And I don't have anything against Game, I will bump his music when he's made good music, but when it comes to skill he's not on Ras' level...
Someone has to have that full version, I remember watching that in 2006, one of the only songs/videos yet to be uncovered, it has to happen sooner or later.
