Definitely a PAC/Dpg song. The talking at the start is enough to indicate that.

Biggie prolly caught some strays too though.
Nope definitely a Big diss. He said so on Drink Champs, then I listened to it for the 50th time, and finally caught it. It was so obvious, I was mad I never caught it before

Album deserves a 4 minimum though. The last of the hardcore street NYC hip-hop sound before everything changed.
