It’s possible to start at 8. The avg is 12 but there are some outliers. I remember this girl in 3rd grade who started hers and we all kept asking her questions.

My mama told me she stayed praying I got mine as a teenager. I got it at 13, which I thought was the norm for all girls. Then I found out my mother started at 10 and my mother-in-law started at 8Know someone who told me she knew plenty of other girls who started at 8 as well when she was still a kid.
We are all black, but I’m not sure if this phenomenon is exclusive to black females.
Interesting. I've read that some boys start ejaculating at 8, although it is uncommon.
