It safer to stay in apt buildings in The city of LA than living in some home or mansion. Homes and mansions are easy targets for robberies in L.A. because of the amount of space each property has.

A lot of these gangs have the all of Los Angeles plotted out as far easy homes to target. That why you see so many home invasions in places like Calabasas.

Either Pop bought a home that was an easy target or this was an inside job.
