Personally, I'm not convinced he was killed by LA nikkas or out of envy (people hardbody pushing this jealousy/hate theory). Off the rip, there's a grip of people inside the house, different reports but it sounds like it could have been up to 5 people inside, and the shooters only nail Pop. Didn't even try for anybody else...

That's a targeted hit, and doesn't sound like a robbery. It does sound like a set up, what are the chances he created enemies in LA versus known issues with people from back home?

Also, he slipped by dropping the addy but there are ways to get the drop on people without them posting it themselves. People been getting the drop on people in unfamiliar spots way before social media existed, so I'm also not really into the theory that his actions of dropping his addy led burglars straight to his door...

I went to prison '06 for a home invasion. Facebook was in its infancy and was nothing like it was now; we didn't need a social media drop for the move...

I think its "possible" he could have led LA jackers to him with the addy post, sure, it's possible. I just think it's more possible it was a coordinated set up by some people he already knew, not some random LA cats...

On the jealousy tip, more people are murdered for perceived disrespect than just blindly hating someone or being envious of them...
Yea the whole "haters killed ____" is some shyt i've only seen on the internet

nikkas dont get targeted and murked out in a room full of people like that for somethin that small, either it was some old beef or he recently did something.

I get people dont wanna think about that possibility out of respect for the dead but at the same time we can't keep actin like street nikkas end up like this for no reason, SOMETHING happened we don't know about

I said this before on here but this is the most materialistic era of rap ever

If you a street rapper you expected to have a $20,000 fit with a quarter million in jewelry and you have to be seen coming out a Rolls Royce Wraight, Bentley, Maybach or some type of foreign sports car, you also expected to have your show money in all blue face 100's rubberband up

This is a new thing in rap. It was never like this. The excess materialism of rap today has to be addressed.

You basically just described the template for the new age street rapper.

Then you got the template for the edgy/weirdo rapper which is colorful dreads, face tats, chokers, posing with double cups, sing about being sad, depressed and how many drugs they take, demonic energy (the rockstar image).

If rappers avoid using those templates they may not be highly successful but they certainly will have a higher rate of avoiding death, jail and all kinds of bad shyt.

These rappers are turning into cliches now. It's like we expect these nikkas to fall into those traps and end up like the many rappers before then

Street rappers that came up in the 90s, 00s are a different breed than the ones that's coming up now. The internet and the streets is a horrible mix.

You either get buzz, busted or bullets if your chasing clout unfortunately.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
Them nikkas wasn’t shyt :mjlol:

White tees, Girbauds, cheap ass Reeboks, and Gold jewelry :comeon:

We taking about early 2000s right?

not only that but the jewelry and that flashy car game with those spinners and big wheels.

Big Tyler’s weren’t your typical south rappers I do feel they tried to take it a notch with the flashy stuff

Definitely sounds like a hit. Multiple people in the house and he's the only person who was shot...
Even more unfortunate, if that's the case.

Nothin but snakes in his circle

This can really remind you why people keep their circle small or just straight trust no one
