Just from this picture, it seems like Mo could maneuvered around in his car.

And also where there is less traffic, him running against a skinnier nicca is useless. It was probably just a straight line chase, easy shot. Which makes sense bc if there was a bunch of dodging around cars, more cars would have gotten shot up accidentally
