My boy sobbed and sniffling after his mother died, dude went to his girl for support and she was disgusted with him. Straight up. They have more strict laws on alimony. I think you have to be married for a long time (like 10 years) before the wife gets something. And the duration of alimony payments is shorter than most states I think.
