Most of NY hasn't been dangerous in about 10 plus years. Philly is still one of the top 3-5 worst places to live in the country.

I agree Philly is a fukked up place to live, I have family that lives there but if you think there aren't areas in NY that are still terrible you obviously have never been to the Bronx or certain parts of BK, Queens and Staten Island.
