It's early, they're cherry-picking a little bit, and polls mean less than they used to, but those results are still wild positive.
If the Democrats take those three, hold onto New Hampshire and Nevada, and manage to flip either Wisconsin or North Carolina, they could even make Manchin/Sinema irrelevant.
Of course, if they lose the House as expected then that's not going to mean much other than putting them in a better position for 2024 and 2026.

Why wouldn't it, I think it'll even get worse, especially for Oz and Herschel. Oz doesn't even live in the state, he's a mess. Herschel is even a bigger mess. Easy win there. Can't speak for Herschel's situation in Georgia, but as someone from PA and who has family still in Philly, I'll be absolutely shocked if Dems lose both the senate race and the Governors race. Both Oz and Doug Mastriano are hated for different reasons (Oz not being a Pennsylvania resident until it was convenient + Trump being drawn to Oz because he's a star fukker and Mastriano is too extreme for moderates of both parties). Fetterman should beat Oz unless he either dies or gets embroiled in some sort of scandal.
