When I was living single (no roommates) had a studio apt. All utilities paid. It sucked but was cheap af

It really depends on your city .

Obviously its an unachievable dream to live on your own in the mega coastal cities , but its totally doable in the south, midwest, or mountain states if you arent at a bottom barrel job.

And even with a bottom barrel job , its doable with part time/gig work on the side.

But i agree that nobody wants to make a tv show about single people living alone in studio in Dayton Ohio or Aurora Colorado.
