If you are a subscriber you can upload whatever music you want through your library from computer. Apple Music is your personal library and streaming service. I use Tidal personally but sometimes I cop Appl Music subscription like currently I am running off a $9 for 3 month promo

I primarily use Tidal, have a Spotify too. I don’t use Apple Music much but that’s the one good thing about it the others lack is ability to add your library to it.

You can sync any MP3s on your computer with Apple Music. Just g to Apple Music, and under File, go to Import. Then after you bring in any files on your hard drive you like, just highlight them and Add To Library.
