IMO people are overrating Winter Soldier a little.

Great movie, but I wouldn't say it was better than Infinity War or Dark Knight.

I think Infinity War is the one that's overrated. It's great MCU Chapter, possibly the best. But outside of a connected universe it's not really bringing much as a standalone film.
Winter Soldier and Dark Knight work the best as great standalone movies that happen to have superheroes in them. But Dark Knight is like half a notch lower because the Hero was largely over shadowed by the villain and the action scenes are a bit stiff and unathletic.

Logan is beneath them because the villians were largely uninspiring, but was a masterpiece outside of that.

Black Panther is next because like the dark knight the villian largely outshined the hero but the fight scenes were even more atrocious at times.

Infinity had great fight scenes and villains but the plot was basic with no beginning or end.

TDK still amazes whenever I see it. Black Panther is one of the few Marvel movies I can actually re-watch and still get something out of. Logan is great… but I feel like a lot of it depends on the audience having an already established affinity for Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine that I just don’t. I still like Winter Soldier, not as much as I used to but it’s still a Top 5 Marvel movie. And let’s face it, Infinity War isn’t good.
