If you're single, childless and motivated your 30+ years can definitely be a blast. But most folks don't develop discipline and motivation until they have mouths to feed.

Not sure how to feel about the Tennesee bbq scene. Further study is needed.

Can't comment on BBQ. I'd say early 20s were for sure more fun than my 30's because the lack of commitments, spare time and a peer group who also had the same lack of commitments. So it was a lot of fukkery in that time period.


My 30's has been more fun than my mid-late 20's because of the financial component and I've gotten better at managing my time commitments.

I find people who kind of peaked in HS/early adulthood are the ones who usually complain how everything is shyt now (once they leave their mid 20s) then the ones who continue to grow always find real enjoyment.

I can do shyt now.. My view of fun in my 20’s was going to Atlanta(my hometown is a couple hours away.. Augusta) I’m definitely having more fun now than in my 20’s cause I can do more interesting shyt.

I know nothing about Tennessee bbq so I can’t add any thoughts.
