if were talking "soul food greens"...they are way over cooked and all the nutritional value is gone.
if you cook them with animal stock it dilutes everything, use a vegetable stock and your good to go.
I think it's because vegans can be extra and be very irritating talking how eating meat or things derived from animals is a sin.
Nah, vegans are not as pretentious as people make them out to be. It's moreso people who mock vegans

dog...ive run in vegetarian/vegan (I stopped eating meat for a few years) crowds...
...vegans are extra as hell...thats just common knowledge, because the ones that have been veggie/vegan for 10+ years will tell you the same.

I eat the flavored tuna in the packs once in a while at work for lunch with a couple crackers.Alot of people are disgusted with eating tuna out of a can, I used to eat it all the time, but I wouldn't do it in front of people.
We live in an obese, entitled, lazy culture where they promote unhealthy eating. And if u tell others u wanna lose weight, eat healthy, etc or suggest that type of shyt....some look at u like u a weirdo, crazy or something is off with u.
