I hope the Bears keep Fields but if they were smart, they'd trade him this offseason and take Caleb Williams. They could probably get a first or second for Fields.

if they keep him, they can grab Penix and still trade away their #1 pick. Let fields play next year and if he continues to suck, start Penix. He the most NFL ready QB aside from his injuries
