Coaches leave all the time. That's why they get replacements. Same for offensive coaches that lose good defensive staff. So that doesn't even make sense

Only defensive minded coach to win it recently has been Belichick but he still had Brady.
The past 5 superbowl winners have had an offensive HC with the defense being around 12th in the NFL. That's the current NFL championship formula.
What you don't want is a top 5 defense with a terrible offense and that's the problem you have with defensive minded coaches
