He does but that drive was opened up by two straight adlibs by Purdy. The hot route to Kittle with great anticipation and then the spin and clear out to break down the secondary for CMC to get behind the defense.

Without him rolling there none of it happens. Jimmy G would have just threw the ball away. There's levels. The defense broke off because Purdy rolled and then Purdy threw it to CMC perfectly on the run, CMC didn't even have to jump if he would have just kept running it hits him in stride.
