The San Antonio Spurs are the ONLY team to not have a 5 game win streak in the 2020s decade. They haven't won 5 straight games in 5 yrs. It's 2025

That should tell you the level of talent that has been coming into the franchise. Even detroit managed to win 5 games in a row at some point in the last 5 years.

He has no awareness of what is going on in the game and sticks to dumb rotations even when they are getting cooked. Wemby dominating the first half of the third to erase a 15 point lead. Then sits him and Pacers go back up 15. No strategy. No changes. Just letting Hali go crazy. And the problem is he does this every other game. So many blown leads because he can’t coach in game.

only adjustment i saw from him was putting Sandro in over Sochan in the 2nd quarter. Yes, Mitch isn't very good, but ofc the roster is swill as well. Has been for too long. Spurs FO should be getting the side-eye

If the Pacers didn't play CTE ball for over half the 3rd, this would have been even worse

They got back in the game because the team attacked the rim and got favorable calls. Wemby had awful turnovers tryna dribble in the 3rd

I might feel the same way as you if this was a one time thing. There are two or three sets the Spurs run to get Wemby downhill in the paint. Whenever these plays are called the spurs have success. Instead, whatever our team is going against the team on a run, he draws up plays that result in jump shots if the Spurs miss the other team Gets out on a break and it compels the run. We are already giving up. Also, there are about 3 1/2 sol defenders on the Spurs right now. Whenever two of the three is now on the floor. The other team goes on the run. If I can see this from my couch, why can’t Coach see it from the bench. You can’t have a team on the floor of the poor Spurs defenders (Julian, CP3 Mamou, Vassell, Tre Jones) without Wemby and two of the other plus defenders (Sochan, Castle, HB) or those 3. These in game decisions and rotations are mind boggling.
