I don’t think they’re fraudulent but there’s a reason they tried the hardest to get Jimmy, but it’s probably for the better. A lot of contenders have picked up the phone but he only wants to go

Haven't watched the Suns but my question with the whole so-n-so star (not role player) needs to come off the bench, is what actually changes when everybody is inevitably on the floor at the same time? Particularly in close/clutch game situations. i.e. Whether Westbrook starts or comes off the bench, is he gonna play the same amount of minutes and are you going to play him with the usual 4 starters in the final 5 minutes of a game?

What was stopping Brad Beal from getting a steal and diving on the floor in the 4th quarter back when he was a starter? How did their offense look in the 4-5 minutes prior to that steal where, assumingly, he was on the floor with KD and Booker? I think that ultimately will determine if it's a real solution or just a gimmick that will run it's course shortly.

Ahhh, see this is what i was suspecting/alluding to

Coming off the bench isn't an actual solution if the problem is a hopelessly flawed roster with zero chemistry. Either figure it out or sit him down.

It'd be like a toxic married couple thinking staying in separate rooms under the same roof is a workable solution.
