It wouldn't be worth it.
GS would need to gut all their depth in order to make the salaries work (especially with the new CBA), where they could easily end up in a worse position than they're already in. Butler's simply not a realistic option for them.

Lakers can offer those 3 picks but not much else. Knecht and Max Christie not moving the needle
