He doesn't really have a choice in the matter considering he's not seeing even close to a max in the open market if the Pelicans cut them loose (they won't)

If someone is willing to take on that deal and pay out the remainder, then he should take it regardless of the destination.

Only teams I could see do it is the Raptors sending out Bruce Brown and maybe Olynk to get Zion paired with Barnes, Quickley and RJ though it’s not a good fit at all since they all need the ball.

He could also be flipped for more assets later. Maybe the Trailblazers do it for Grant and to get someone younger since they are basically in rebuild territory
