Why is Presti hoarding all those picks and cheap contracts when EVERYBODY knows they need another shot creator preferably that can shoot efficiently from 3?

Because he’s probably not allowed to go over the luxury tax threshold. Any trade for a star or creator is going to catapult them into the extra tax bill. Unless they want to trade one of their top 5 rotation players
