Rockets, LAC, & T-Wolves are the hottest teams in the west right now. LAC is looking absolutely scary right now the way their big 3 is playing. I thought KL was on the decline but ain’t no decline in his game. I just wish his body can make it through this coming playoff run, because with him they can beat anybody. It’s been the same story with them for 5 seasons now, I won’t hold my breath on it.

I saw Murray's contract, I didn't know this year is the cheapest and after that it rises up to like 57 mil in the last year, is there any team that would take that contract?

Not sure how good/bad Porter Jr's contract is.
Murray’s contract is not the problem.

Porter and Gordon are each making $35M.

Porter doesn’t play defense and jacks 3s. What does he do???

I know they didn’t wanna switch lineups since he came back off an injury after missing most of the season, but do you think he’ll be satisfied being a 6th man when he was the 3rd overall pick and only in his 3rd season? Or are you referring to specifically this season?
He’s increased his value in his new role. Now he’s a primary scoring option and here. Also a new wrinkle: Jabari saying the 3. Now. He never did that as a starter he’s shooting 50-40-85 on more attempts of the bench. He’s more versatile and being given more looks and opportunities off the bench. I guarantee his agent didn’t like it at first but now he’s probably loving this new role for Jabari.

All his numbers across the board has increased except his minutes played. His efficiency is climbing those percentiles. I seen last week for the first time Suns fan saying they’re accepted a trade of Jabari, Dillon, and Cam. When before it was always one of Amen Sengun or Jalen. They’re saying that Jabari’s versatility reminds them of Bridges.

Murray's contract is a problem. He isn't an All-Star and he's starting to rack up some nagging injuries.

Gordon's contract is fine but that MPJ one was a disaster the moment the ink dried. There's a few teams that need shooting like Orlando and Toronto but he doesn't fit in either place. Their best options are probably taking an even worse contract in return. I'm sure they could swap him for Lavine, but Lavine's salary is even higher. They could go crazy and call Philly about Paul George. :picard:

They gotta try to bring Bruce Brown back in the summer. I can't imagine he gets big money again after the past two years.

Denver really needs some defenders. Jokic will make them an elite offense by himself but they don't have anybody on the wings to put on opposing perimeter players. Braun's the best option and he isn't some stopper.

They can only trade one first round pick this summer too. :picard:

My personal wild card would be them trying to swap Murray for Morant if Memphis wants out of the Ja business after the season.

you have to trade away. One of the core piece for KD and I mean one of Sengun Amen or Green because Fertitta already showed he’s not paying that tax for a championship team. Amen up next for an extension and he’s getting the full max for a rookie extension designated. Unless kd takes a paycut(when historically he’s never done) then that’s it. Not going be able to keep Jabari Tari or Reed.

Me personally I think Houston needs to focus moreso on upgrading FVV spot. And I mean go after Colby White. Offer that suns pick and Cam or Reed for White.
Colby would be nice

but ultimately Amen just needs to lock in this summer with his outside shooting... because Giannis is still the obvious big fish (spacing issues and all), that may be available as early as this offseason. He's 30-years old. If that means parting with 22.5 year old Sengun but as a result we still keep a portion of our draft capital/flexibility... i mean...

Good Job Chicago 👍🏽

After beating the Charlotte Hornets yesterday, you now have the 12th pick with 7.1% chance at moving into the top 4 and a 1.5% chance at getting the top pick.

A true masterclass on how to play great competitive basketball in March and April. Adam Silver prayed for teams like this in his league during his tenure.

Integrity over tanking will get you on the commissioner's good side

:blessed:
