Billy Donovan rekindling Kevin Huerter's career like this is something else

His numbers not that different from Kings before they got DeMar. shyt they not even better than Pre DeMar wha he was doin. Huerter needs pace and constant movement. Kings pace slowed down a lot after gettin DeMar that fast ass team they was just got slower and slower so he was less and less effective. This Bulls team top 3 in pace they don't do that halfcourt shyt barely lol they push tempo every possession and get out and run.

One of the main reasons I don't consider the Lakers serious contenders is come playoff time Reeves and Luka will be hunted with no mercy.

It’s why I wouldn’t be surprised if OKC “6-games” everyone out West.

All these West teams flawed and ppl really putting a lot of faith in a 40-year old James, 37-year old Curry, 36-year old KD, 35-year old Butler, 33-year old Kawhi (with 50-year old knees) to overcompensate for their team’s deficiencies

I'm interested to see how OKC is going to deal with an experience deficit against the rest of the playoff teams.

All things equal, they should be coming out the West, but I wouldn't be suprised if one team clicks at the right time and has them up against the ropes, pushing them to the brink in a seven-game series. Especially when teams really gameplan for Shai and the officials allow defenses to be more physical with him.

OKC will be tested once opposition teams take Shai out of the picture and force other players to beat them.

We'll see if they're ready to adapt to that.

Yea I think this will be the case vs Boston if that Finals matchup happens, since that team’s top 1-7 or 8 guys are either savvy vets or pitbulls (or both).

But with the West teams, whether any actually can take Shai out the picture and what that would look like is what I want to see.

I.e. last year Dallas had Ant controlled and LAC’s players locked up, even Tatum struggled to score… but vs OKC Shai still carved em up. Shook as JDubb and Chet played, give last year’s OKC team Hartenstein and imo they beat DAL, probably MIN too, but lose to BOS.
