kerr should probably call a timeout when it takes them that long to get into something, but curry gotta swing the ball. yeah the open man is draymond just inside the 3pt line but you have to trust him at that point instead of trying to dribble behind your back only to lose the ball so you dont even get to eventually heave a 30 footer over a double team.
its like the nov 28th game against the kings where klay was wide open and steph instead takes a contested logo 3. also the denver game on january 4th where he tried to make the great cross court pass all on his own instead of swinging the ball to chris paul. those are 3 examples this season where likely at worst you should get open shots to possibly win the game. instead they ended up with 2 turnovers and a contested logo 3 that bricked.
