There are literally good games every night in the modern NBA
Some matchups that have been on broadcast lately have been uninteresting...

It's not the games themselves that are uninteresting but schedule makers choosing these particular matchups to be on national TV (ESPN, NBA TV , etc) is what I mean.

To me some teams are just meant to be league pass/local TV status rather than having a national TV spot. Bucks × Pacers (who've had a relatively good start so far) for example was a good game itself but an uninteresting one to broadcast on NBA TV when that same night schedule makers could've chosen a better matchup to be broadcasted nationally.

Some of the games that the makers have chosen to be on national TV (ESPN, NBA TV, and to a lesser extent TNT) so far this season haven't been as good as previous seasons.

I’ll never understand why the NBA allows the schedulers to make back to back games against one opponent early in the year. it benefits Houston with Sacramento right now because we only play them one more time but we already won the season series against them without Fox ever playing. That might be huge when it come down to playoff seeding.
i feel like its influenced by betting.
