Not for nothing, that pick is protected through 2025 1-10. Not that the Knicks would be pissed if it was conveyed, but who's to say they want the pick now?They just need to remove the protections from it and award it to the Knicks
It's the entire reason they punted the game against the Bulls away
Even if the NBA doesn't do that, wouldn't be surprised if one of the losing play-in teams magically jumps into the top 4, moving the Mavs pick to 11 which would then make it automatically go to the Knicks anyway
