Clippers wanted Russ because they thought he'd go 5-5 on threes? :comeon:

Russ is shooting 25% from 3pt range for the Clippers. He's shot somewhere in the 20s from 3pt range for 9 of his NBA seasons, including 5 of the last 6. If he went 1-5 from 3pt range this game, which is far closer to his norm, then Clippers would have lost. This is the definition of a "fluke" game.
Who cares if it was a fluke? Give Russ props for once. Stop hating on that man. He helped the Clippers beat the Grizzlies without PG/Kawhi.

Naz Reid makes this Minnesota squad scary
I would not want to play them in the postseason. Their top seven rotation guys are REALLY good and they compete.

Chris Finch deserves a ton of credit for keeping that team together as does Conley. I thought he was cooked but he's had a massive impact for Minnesota.

No , without being neutralized playing in the bron ball system (like all stars not named kyrie) Russ can still win you a game that’s why

Easy now.. Of course he won't shoot lights out from the three like that. I take it you didn't watch the game but his pace, decision making, assists, leadership, energy, and control of the game was elite and masterful. His three point shooting was only one part of what he did tonight. No PG and no Kawhi and Memphis was missing JJJ, Adams, and Bane so the squads were pretty much evened out. We'll see how his looks moving forward but a great performance tonight hands downs. Haters sit this one out

Russ overall has been a plus for the clippers at the point. Lakers were just a bad fit, everybody doesn’t fit with lebron.

Westbrook for the Clippers is averaging fewer points, fewer assists, fewer rebounds, more turnovers, and a worse defensive rating than he was for the Lakers.

His offensive rating of 105 is the worst on the entire squad. Offensive BPM is -0.9, Defensive BPM is -0.5, VORP is 0.1. FG Added -14.6 and TS added -18.2.

Only thing he's done better on the Clippers is limit bad shots better than he did on the Lakers (though he's still not shooting well), and exactly how were all those bad shots he took on the Lakers LeBron's fault? Especially when most of them were on the 2nd unit or with LeBron out.

Y'all so fukking desperate to hate on LeBron that you deny reality.

He won a game with Kawhi/PG13 out. Where was he winning games for the Lakers with LeBron out? :mjlol:

Once again, Westbrook is averaging fewer points, assists, and rebounds for the Clippers, despite playing more minutes, but you want to blame "Bron Ball" for neutralizing him when most of his time with the Lakers was off the bench or in games when Bron was out.
