It would be much easier for Houston to acquire a 2nd star if they worked with Philly on a sign and trade

Tobias is an expiring. Maxey is also in the deal with Portland
There’s no other 2nd star on the market to be had especially out of this crop of current FA anyways. I don‘t people realize how difficult it is pulling off sign and trades. If Philly wants Dame, then they’ll have to do it on their own.

Jeremi grant, draymond, Middleton. Obviously not first or 2nd tier stars. Houston will Bend the knee for harden and I doubt he goes there without another 20m veteran. Woj already got the scoop

Houston also has the picks to trade for a guy like butler, or pg13

It’s in the best interest of the networks for the Warriors to win this series and Draymond being out hurts that :manny:

maybe

but you could argue at the moment, its in the best interest for the league to usher in new stars/young teams that are taken seriously as contenders :manny:

what better way to cement a new guard duo and a big man by having them beat the dubs trinity in the 1st round

that being said, i think all the narratives have agendas, the series will play out as it should ... kings been playing better so far, but as bad as dubs been on the road they only just getting beat in the first 2 games

Feel like 2 primtime games shouldn’t be on at the same time in the playoffs …. Idk how you solve it but damn I’m trying to watch both these games instead flipping back and forth
it's just a first round issue. Just no way around it unless you limit weeknights to 1 game per conference which makes series drag on even more.

Lakers Grizzlies tip off at 10:30 on a fukkin Saturday

That shyt is ridiculous

It’s SATURDAY tip the fukkin game off at like 8:30 why is that so hard???

fukkin idiots
The Clipper game is in the same arena earlier that day. There wouldn't be enough time to change the courts from Clippers to Lakers.

They also share the arena with the LA Kings hockey team, and they have playoff games on Friday and Sunday. So both the Clippers and Lakers only had Thursday, Saturday and Monday to get 2 home games in each.
