the ether
You're the only one making an issue over LeBron and Kobe being used. You wouldn't have said anything if they used someone else.
:unimpressed:

If they used a player who was actually from this era and who actually played fewer games than the player from the earlier era, then of course I wouldn't have said anything. Kawhi, AD, Kyrie, Embiid, Ja, Shai, PG13, Randle, JJJ, any of them could have actually fit the narrative of "this new era doesn't start as many games."

The fact that the two players they used overlapped for most of their career and the first player actually played fewer games than the second player made the meme look stupid.

Actually, looking back at the 2003 lineups it's a contrived stat from the start, because many of those players were guys who missed lots of games. Shaq, Yao, Francis, Kobe, Iverson, McGrady, Carter, Iglauskas, all those guys were out regularly. It was just a fluke that most of them didn't miss games that particular season.

This is dumb analysis…if you’re late on your rotation it won’t be called a charge it will be called a blocking foul … no rule should grant a player free access to the lane or force a defender to jump to contest a shot …that shyt doesn’t happen anywhere else on the court …get a floater or sit your unskilled ass down with another foul this isn’t football
Yea i think the charge rule is fine. And in general, i feel the more skilled and methodical you are the less dangerous a charge is for you.

Your nephew Embiid is the perfect example. This last season and a half that he's embraced the methodical PnR mid-range game, probably not a coincidence it's the healthiest he's been and the most games he's played in back-to-back seasons, ever. As opposed to when he'd catch the ball from 3pt line and drive full-speed recklessly to the rim trying to eurostep everyone. That's a recipe for disaster, block or charge.

Ja trying to jump over or through anything in his way, i mean we could change the rule to protect him from himself... or he could just calm his ass down and utilize the Tony Parker skill-set that every point guard should have when attacking the basket.

No, resting is a perk for winning your series quick :mjlol:

It doesn't speed up all the other series that come after this, so let em get right and be ready.
