I didn't know he would recover from last year but he has fully, he will be considered for another all NBA team as well. Hopefully he can bring it to playoffs this time.

IMO, based on productivity + availability, he's been the 2nd best PF in the league this year after Giannis. If NY finishes top 6 in the east with Randle playing at this level, voters have to give him an all-nba selection.
