At this point of his career, he is what he is. :yeshrug:

Lakers need to let Russ bring the ball up more. He needs it in hands to be effective. Will take some wear and tear off of LeBron and maybe they can play a more uptempo game so that they can get some easier shots because their outside shooting is suspect in the half court sets. Get Russ going downhill. Will take some sacrifice from LeBron and AD, but needs to happen.

I think it's that his body just moves too fast. Even his release his more of a quick fling, instead of a smooth motion. I think in order for him to be a better jump shooter, he'll have to turn into a set shooter....zero movement at all
