Those are the double-team numbers with the ball.

Almost all of those players have a considerably higher 'time of possession' than Steph does, and they don't play off-the-ball quite the same. With the ball movement and player movement the Warriors have, they'll see fewer double teams (with ball in hand) than the rest of the league, not only because of all the moving parts, but because defenders are constantly shadowing Steph, leaving his teammates open.
